I have been pretty busy
Ok two weekends ago it was ghetto nigth again. Brian was all pissed. We went to a party at Sigma Chi here at SU...i am not sure if they official yet...they got booted last year ecasue some kid almost snuffed him self after drinking so much. anyway that was ok. Plus I took a leak in their stairwell. Ok so we got back and Brian a Manus got in a fist fight...there was much rucus and brian hit manus with a dish tub and it was all very strange...they are ok now though.
so any way lah tee dah
ok well the next weekend was andy's birthday weekend so I went down to, or rather up to, his school to visit. Coincidently enough Adam was going to be there too along with easton II (chris, craig, ryan) who all go there as well. Well anyhow after almost not getting a ride to airport because all the cabs were busy (and I called 2 hours in advince...jesus)(it was our fall break by the way so this is on a thursday) and almsot not getting to the airport becuase I merely "thought" that i migth know how to get there, I arrived to find that my 4:05 to boston was cancelled. Damn. So I ran over to see if I could get on another flight at another airline (the one i usually fly- those money bagging bastards) but thier four o'clock had been delayed to six and I woudl have had to see if I went standby. Well I figured I would just book myself onto the 7:15 since I was most likely not going to make the stand by flight. Good call too becuase that plane was almost full and there was a good chance that I woudl just have been stuck in syracuse for another night. Well my plane finally left at 7:50 and I slept the whole way. Andy picked my up in his SPG, which is in dire need on some detailing...or maybe just a new headliner, anyhow he drove like a controlled maniac all the way to his dorms, which are really old appartments that kick the shit out of anythign that we have here at SU. They have their own applicances and sinks and bathrooms with showers...and more space. Its pretty sweet. Any how I arrived at abotu 10 to find a wasted Adam and Chris. We bopped around for a bit partied with people on Andy's floor and then went to get some chinnese food which was a bad idea.
The next day Adam and Craig and I walked all over Boston. It was a great day. Hey Catie we were at harvard and I was tryign to find this building but none of the people I talked to didnt seem to know who Le Corbusier was...and where his only building in the US was located on campus. Of course I could do not better than describing it as the building by corb, the art school?, and the building that is has two lima beans complimenting eachother in plan...or a heart ...but anyhow...
So then we went to that funky clothing store off the square...I forget what its called. But mark you and I went there with timmy and val after goign to that the Van Gogh installation.
Ok andy adam and I were supposed to go over to nantucket that night but instead we stayed in Northeastern...damn...anyhow I had fun. Andy bought us beer with a reall Mass liquor license...although the picture does'nt really look like andy, he has a URI stiudent ID that backs him up. He had to show both. Anyhow we got back and watched Event Horizon and Andy's computer after since we realized that Andy's computer doesnt have a Digital video out so we couldnt connect the thing to his damn TV (whose cable had jsut gone out- It was a multi media disaster) Oh then we went over to this other dorm to play some Berruit but before we had gotten there one of the residents had torn down the particle board ceiling doing pullups...so we cleaned up the mess after chopping most of the big peices up with our karate skills and throwing the smaller chunks at eachother. SO after that we went to get some Pizza. We wound up at this place which sells pizza for $1.75 a slice. And a slice is all you need. These slices are 1/4 of a large pizza, they are huge. They come out of the oven in waves...so when we got there the line was a bit built up, but then the pizaa started coming. Man these people were fast....in and out in a bout 10 seconds, It was a mad house. then we walked home and I passed out...nantucket awaited.
We drove to Hyannis and flew over, and on the way to Hyannis we listend to the new long beach dub allstars CD...which is pretty damn good, actually I slept most of the way. Ok so we finally get to nantucket, I went and saw my pops for a it which was fun. I also picked up all my lacrosse gear so I am now ready for another season of club lax.
That nigth we (mr. willauer, tasha (andy's sister), jay (brewer at Cisco Breweries on Nantucket and BF of Tasha), emilly (another sister), adam, Andy, and I) all went out for andy's birthday at La Languedoc (sp?) It was pretty damn good. Andy got all sorts of cool gifts. I made him some CD's (hey check these out..these are the covers that I made for the CD's. the CD's were the first day of Oswego. I ran out of CD's so I could not burn the second day but any how you can d/l these cd covers and use them your self if you like...here they are (three cd's total)...day 1: A-front and back, B- front and back, and C- front and back...the show can be found at sugarmegs.org on the mirror sites on the Danknugs server. Or I can just send you both shows over IM.
Ok so after dinner and after after dinner drinks to compliment the ones that we had before and during dinner, jay told us that there was an awesome band playing at the Muse, (on a side note the Brewery is having a New Years Bash. The band that is playing it is One Fell Swoop...now know as Dispatch -there is a better site but it must be down becuase it wont load..-i guess. It's 200 bucks a head, but its fully catered and and all the alcohol is included no doubt. They are even going to have thier own still to make liquor...I am not sure about the legal age requirement though...but it sounds lieka blast)
Anyhow so we hatched a plan. Andy had an ID, but Adam and I were going into battle unarmed. Jay gave us a couple of T-shirts and a pack of coasters and told us to go to it. So we get to the door and the bouncer is like " you got an ID" to Adam and then I say that we are handing out shirts fromt eh brewery and I ask the guy if he wants one...and of course he is liek suuuurrreee...because cisco shirts are where it at, anyhow Adam explains how he has to give the coasters to the bar tender and I tell him that the bartender needs a shirt and we go right on in. So i give the bartender the shirts and she loves 'em. Then she asks if we want some drafts and of course we say yes and two frosty glassses of Cisco is slid over to us. then we start chatting about the new years party, one fell swoop, this and that, and then she goes back to work and we move up to this balcony and whatch this great band go at it. Anyhow we chilled for a bit, had a few drinks and went back to em's house...actually emilly bought a house ...and guess what....yep dont you know it...located on a little street called Tashma lane, its the exact house that once was the St. Paul's house of oh so few summer's ago...it looks a but nicer now though...anyhow some one STOLE our FIFA 99 cartridge so I had to kick everyones ass in Bond instead...well once actually...the rest of the time I got second....or third...Well anyway we passed out and andy I woke up at 8:30 to get my ass to the airport so i could go home and work on my Mid-term Design project for sudio. Well after 9 hours of sleep in 72 hours, I completed my model and mustered up some decent drawings and had my best review so far. I did damn well, which was good because I got a freakign B- on my last project which was a bunch of analytical renderings...some day I will ahve pictures of past projects...some day...
Wed nigth we went to see fight club....first rule of fight club is...go see it...it s foooking grrayyyttt...
see junius...its here you little whinner :-) also here's a shoudoud to kristen who is just dying to be part of the web page...
