Here's my dad and I in Alaska after a day of fishing...these are Halibut's... pretty mid sized ones too... Dad pulled his up first and was pretty happy till I landed this beast...His was 108 lbs. and mine was 169 lbs. we were at Whaler's Cove Lodge on Killisnoo Island, off Admirality Island and the town of Angoon... any way I started a pool at the begining of the trip (cause I caught the biggest salmon of the week last year and my dad was too cheap to enter me so I didn't win) and I won about 220 bucks! because I caught the biggest Halibut of any one in the pool!... I was pretty happy...oh and we had to shoot these with shot guns 'casue they would not die and could flip us out fo the boat with a flick of thier tails...it was a cool day.
here i am at the tender age of 13 skimboarding. this is at cisco beach in nantucket, where i spend my summers.
